A narrow overall win for Cloud Coach, but we think Kantata is also a really nice solution (probably our second favourite on the AppExchange after ourselves). Whether Cloud Coach or Kantata is best for you may well depend on your requirements. If you’re looking for a more project driven solution, Cloud Coach will come out on top, while if you’re looking for a more quoting and financial based PSA, Kantata may well come out on top for you.
