There are several variables to consider while looking for the right PPM solution. Data security and pricing will often be at the top of the list. But knowledge on the other hand is frequently disregarded.
You probably already use Salesforce at your organization.
You’ve most likely invested in your employees as well, ensuring that they have the appropriate training to execute the duties of a Salesforce administrator.
